Hybrid Workplace Policy
Introduction:
ModernDojo™ Design is committed to providing a flexible and productive work environment for our employees while prioritizing their well-being and work-life balance. Our hybrid workplace policy outlines the guidelines for working both in the office and remotely.
Office Work:
Employees are expected to come to the office a minimum of 2 days a week for team collaboration and client meetings.
All employees must adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols, including wearing masks, social distancing, and regular hand washing.
Office hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Remote Work:
Employees may work from home for the remaining 3 days of the week.
Communication with team members and clients must be maintained through virtual means such as email, video conferencing, and instant messaging.
Remote work arrangements must be approved by a supervisor and comply with ModernDojo™ Design's technology and security policies.
Technology and Equipment:
ModernDojo™ Design may provide employees with the necessary technology and equipment to support remote work, including laptops and virtual conferencing tools in the event that the employee does not have access to the necessary equipment.
Employees are responsible for maintaining the security of company-provided equipment and must immediately report any loss or theft.
Attendance and Availability:
Employees are expected to be available during regular office hours and respond to emails and calls in a timely manner, regardless of their location.
Employees must inform their supervisor of any planned absences or schedule changes in advance.
Evaluation and Performance:
Employee performance will be evaluated based on their job responsibilities and outputs, not their physical presence in the office.
Regular check-ins and performance evaluations will be conducted to ensure that employees are meeting expectations and to provide feedback for improvement.
Conclusion:
ModernDojo™ Design's hybrid workplace policy is designed to provide employees with flexibility and support while maintaining productivity and delivering results for our clients. This policy may be subject to change as circumstances evolve, and employees are encouraged to raise any concerns or suggestions for improvement.
